Permissions and Data Collection
To help us keep our records accurate and up to date, we are introducing a new system for collecting important information about your child(ren) using Google Forms.
This digital approach will reduce paperwork, save time, and allow us to manage information more efficiently. The information you provide will be securely stored and used by Abernant Primary School throughout your child’s time with us.
As this information will remain on record, it is essential that parents/carers inform the school immediately if any details change. This includes contact information, emergency contacts, medical information, permissions, or any other important details. Accurate records are vital to ensure that we can contact you when needed and provide the best possible support for your child.
Please note that the RCT Data Collection Sheet cannot be completed electronically and will be sent home at the start of the school year. The information provided on this form will also remain on record for the duration of your child’s time at Abernant Primary School. As with the Google Forms, it is the responsibility of parents/carers to notify the school promptly of any changes so that our records remain accurate and up to date.
If you have more than one child attending Abernant Primary School, please complete a separate form for each child.
